The Warbler Hotel

A new boutique hotel on St. Charles Avenue with 58 rooms styled in the spirit of the Jazz Age, views over the streetcar line and Garden District oaks, and a rooftop pool and bar.

The story

The Warbler's 58 rooms are layered with colour and light, and the front-facing ones look straight onto the historic streetcar and the towering live oaks of St. Charles Avenue. Quieter rooms sit along the side of the building, while the fifth-floor corners hold suites with kitchenettes and dining tables for six. The signature three-bedroom suite, The Henry, sleeps up to eight. Local makers shape the details. The minibar is stocked by specialty store Meyer Provisions and the handwoven robes come from New Orleans artisan Lekha, alongside Italian cotton sheets from Bellino and Tivoli speakers. Upstairs, a rooftop pool, bar and lounge give the place the feel of a tropical resort, and the hotel also has its own restaurant.
