Terms of Service

Using Taggg

Taggg helps you save and organize places from public links and other supported sources. Use it lawfully, keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. You must have the legal capacity and any authorization required to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in content you upload. You give KKAT Limited the non-exclusive permission needed to host, copy, resize, convert and display that content to provide Taggg, consistent with your sharing settings. This permission does not transfer ownership. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and share the content, including permission from people whose private information appears in it.

Public profiles and public lists have separate settings. A public custom list can make associated personal uploads visible even when your profile is private. Check the audience before publishing. Copies made independently by other people may remain outside our control after removal.

Acceptable use and moderation

Do not upload unlawful material, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, spam or private information without permission. Do not evade access controls, abuse the service or infringe others’ rights. Our Community guidelines explain these rules and how to report concerns.

We may review reported content, remove material or restrict accounts where necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law or protect users. Contact us to challenge a removal or restriction. Where appropriate, we may ask for information needed to assess a complaint.

Place information and external services

Venue details, pictures and source links can come from third parties. Taggg is not affiliated with a venue merely because it is listed. External content remains subject to its owners’ rights and applicable provider terms. A link or an API subscription does not grant unrestricted rights to reuse that material.

AI-generated descriptions and place matching can be wrong. Hours, prices, availability and other details may change. Confirm important information directly with the venue. External links, bookings and purchases are governed by the relevant third party’s terms.

Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain Taggg but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that third-party information is accurate or that the service will meet every need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Your account and changes

You can stop using Taggg at any time. See Account deletion for removal information and the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data. We may update these terms as the service changes, with an updated effective date and any further notice required by law.

If you download the iOS app through Apple, the applicable App Store license terms also govern the app license. These service terms do not replace your mandatory statutory rights.
