The chef collaborations and pop-ups worth booking this year
From fried chicken above Eleven Madison Park to Wolfgang Puck's world tour.
Some of the best meals of 2026 are happening for one night only, or for a few weeks at most. The 50's editors have rounded up the collaborations and residencies worth planning around.
In New York, Clemente Bar, above Eleven Madison Park, is running a fried chicken and martini series until the end of the year, with guest restaurants putting their own spin on the classic. Jungsik's chef Daeik Kim started things off with a deboned chicken stuffed with spiced pork sausage. In Singapore, Burnt Ends marks its 13th birthday with four kitchen takeovers through December, including Brazil's Janaína Torres.
Wolfgang Puck and his son Byron Lazaroff-Puck are on a Generational Tour of four-hands dinners in eight cities, from Budapest to Beverly Hills, until 10 December. London's AngloThai heads to the US in October to cook with Nok Suntaranon and Earl Ninsom in Portland and Philadelphia.
In London, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester begins a winemaker dinner series on 1 October, and Igni in Mayfair hosts Edinburgh's Lyla for one night on 12 October. In Hong Kong, Plaisance pairs Mauro Colagreco's French cooking with Tokyo sushi master Yoshiharu Kakinuma from 8 to 10 October. And at Hôtel Crillon Le Brave in Provence, cookbook author Chloé Crane-Leroux leads a four-night retreat in mid-October.
