Banquet hall

SPAZIOZERO
Directly opposite Cinemazero's screens in central Pordenone, this glass-walled hall hosts author talks, festivals, screenings and jazz nights, and doubles as a café and study room.
The story
SpazioZero is Cinemazero's newest multipurpose room, built with PNRR funds by the Comune di Pordenone, which owns it. Wide glass walls keep it bright and open to the city. With 70 seats, it hosts festivals, book presentations, meetings with authors, screenings and music events, along with projects run with local associations. It also displays pieces from Cinemazero's own artistic and cultural collections. On weekdays it serves as a study room for students and teachers, and schools use it for meetings, small conferences, workshops and lab sessions. A bar and café runs whenever it is open. The spazioZeroJazz series brings jazz and blues concerts on Thursday evenings, each opened by a short film or film extract, with photographs from Cinemazero's archives hung on the walls.
Good to know
TAGGG AI- ✦The bar serves cappuccino and a wine list of local whites and reds alongside bottles from further afield.
- ✦Expect a brief rush of people when screenings let out at Cinemazero across the way; otherwise the room stays calm.
- ✦On Sundays it works as a study spot, an alternative to the student house and the library.
