Hotel le Saint Roch

On Courchevel 1850's Bellecôte run, Saint Roch is a five-star house of 37 rooms and suites styled like an oriental dacha, with a Prunier caviar restaurant and an Ottoman-inspired spa.

The story

Interiors draw on the winter dachas of the East: brushed wood, muted velvet, rugs with irregular fibres and soft, low light. Rooms run from Superior to Penthouse, some suites reach 70 square metres, and the entire fifth floor can be taken privately. The hotel sits a few steps from La Croisette, with ski-in, ski-out access and shops close by. Prunier runs the restaurant, with caviar as its through-line alongside seafood. The bar is all golden light, deep seating and dark wood, with cocktails built on balance. The spa takes its cues from Ottoman hammams and Caucasian palaces, in deep-veined marble, ochre, rust and midnight blue; its pool shower is lined with a marble mosaic by Pierre Mesguish, and treatments use Tata Harper skincare. Rebuilt from scratch, the hotel is set to open on 18 December 2026.
