The story

This is a working corporate office, not a shop or showroom. Dyson runs its global business from here, the company whose range spans cordless vacuums such as the V7, V11 and V12 Detect Slim, along with hair dryers, hair curlers and stylers, the TP09 air purifier, fans and humidifiers. The building connects to a touristy area with seating behind it, so passers-by often find themselves right alongside a corporate workplace. Much of the day-to-day IT and audiovisual support inside is handled by outside vendors and subcontractors. For owners, Dyson's customer support runs separately through a helpline, a WhatsApp service channel and service centres.
