YOTEL, the brand known for compact, tech-led hotels, opens its first property in Thailand on 15 October 2026. YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit has 250 rooms and is the first hotel inside Cloud 11, a new development in South Sukhumvit built around recording and content studios, galleries, event spaces, a cinema and a rooftop park.

Expect the brand's familiar touches: check-in at a kiosk in under a minute, reclining SmartBeds, mood lighting, monsoon showers and robots that bring towels or water to your door. Rooms look over Cloud 11's rooftop park or towards Bang Krachao, the leafy area often called Bangkok's green lung, and higher floors add the skyline. Alongside the standard queen rooms there are twins, interconnecting rooms and larger First Class Kings for friends and families.

Downstairs, Komyuniti combines all-day Thai and international food with space to work, and opens straight into Cloud 11. There's an outdoor pool with its own bar and a 24-hour gym. The one to watch is Fatty's, a rooftop bar and restaurant on the 23rd floor, due in November with views across the city.

A 300-metre skywalk links the hotel to the BTS Skytrain, putting Thong Lor four stops away. It will also be the first YOTEL in Asia to join Select by Hilton.
