The story
This branch of VOI Coffee Company, a chain with outposts across Istanbul and in İzmir, Bodrum and Ankara, sits about 300 metres downhill from Etiler metro. It is reached by a quiet road lined with handsome houses and trees. The large garden is the heart of it, backed by an interior and a closed, heated section for winter. Students and freelancers settle in with laptops, while friends gather for long catch-ups. The drinks list covers coffee, iced teas and cold-pressed juices such as the Ginger Zinger, along with a house Coconut Coffee. Breakfast is a strong suit, and the French toast is a standout.
