Spati Smash Burger

The story

Späti sits a little off the main Kadıköy paths in Caferağa, a small, cosy room run by owners who greet guests warmly. The focus is the smash burger: juicy, generous and built around sauces made in-house, which give each one its own character. The menu leans toward flavours you won't find at a standard burger counter. The Bacon & Mustard burger is the signature favourite, with the Spati Royal and the straight Smash close behind. Chicken gets its own options too, including Umami chicken pops served as a starter, so there is more here than beef. Fries come on the side and are a draw in their own right, worth ordering even if you came only for the burgers.
