The story

The hall is laid out as a relatively narrow, long rectangle, with an interior patio that gathers the toilets, including adapted ones, around a bar counter. Bars sell sandwiches, snacks and drinks, there is a cloakroom, and artist merchandise goes on sale when the tour supplies it. A lift gives people with reduced mobility access to a designated area, and a medical team covers emergencies during events. The venue is signed up to Barcelona city council's "No Callamos" protocol against sexual harassment and assault, and security staff or the cloakroom are the places to ask for help. Tickets are scanned straight from a phone, and under-16s must come with a parent or legal guardian. Afterwards, the centre of town is within walking distance.
