Nou Can Martí - Brasserie

The story

In a rustic Catalan farmhouse in Collserola Natural Park, Nou Can Martí pairs panoramic views of Barcelona with a terrace and a setting surrounded by woodland. Its cooking follows the Catalan tradition of wood-fired grilling, with a menu that combines meat dishes and seasonal calçots. The grill is used for entrecôte, presa ibérica, free-range chicken and lamb ribs. From November to April, calçots are cooked over wood embers and served with homemade romesco and grilled meats. The butifarra selection includes classic sausages alongside pear and gorgonzola, sobrasada and Mahón cheese, and wild mushroom varieties.
