The story

Mario’s Pizza forms part of Fais Group’s street-food corner in Vari. The shop operates with self-service and a few tables, as well as takeaway. Its Margherita starts with San Marzano tomato, mozzarella and basil; the Parma adds prosciutto and rocket. The Burattina takes a different direction with mortadella, stracciatella and basil pesto, while the spicy Peperoni uses nduja. Pasta is also part of the kitchen, including linguine with mascarpone and pecorino sardo in a cacio e pepe sauce. A Nutella calzone filled with mascarpone carries the dough into dessert.
