The story

Manzé Istanbul threads its room around a central bar, with an intimate salon on one side and a leafy outdoor section beyond. Shared plates and homemade pastas define the kitchen, while signature cocktails and a dedicated wine selection keep the restaurant’s bar side firmly in view. Some evenings shift with hi-fi analog music and vinyl nights, giving late dinners a darker pulse. Across the menu, glazed pork belly, truffle risotto, grilled shrimp, tuna carpaccio, burrata salad, seafood dumplings, and a house brioche at the start appear repeatedly.
