The 218 rooms span eight types, from studios with full kitchens to two-bedroom apartments, all with private balconies facing the city or West Lake. Deluxe Suites come with a vinyl player and five records. On the 24th floor, the 100-seat MỘC LOFT serves Vietnamese and international dishes all day, including table-smoked bún chả, chả cá sizzling in a cast-iron pot and delicate bánh cuốn. The same floor holds a bar and a private VIP room. YÊN Spa adds an Onsen, wellness programmes and a gym, and Lotte Center and the Linh Lang Japanese quarter are within walking distance.
