The story
The Global Leadership Centre, known by its initials GLC, belongs to the University of Oxford and sits within the Saïd Business School, which presents it as one part of the school. Its name sets out its focus: leadership, approached from a global rather than a purely local angle. That international outlook carries through to the people who come here. The centre welcomes students from across the world, making it a meeting point where Oxford's academic setting connects with participants arriving from many countries. It is a working university facility, best understood as a place of study within the wider Oxford university landscape.
