The story
The buildings make the first impression: this exhibition and trade centre, run by Fiera Milano S.p.A., is a striking piece of architecture. During the 2024 Salone del Mobile it held ambitious installations such as Kohler's immersive projection-mapping dome booth, and its trade fairs draw buyers from abroad, including Polish restaurateurs looking for products for their home market. The shows are organised on a large scale, but the grounds handle more than fairs. Part of the site has worked as an arena, with front-row seating for women's hockey. Between halls, Corso Italia offers a place to pause with something to eat and drink, and Italian food bars are spread across the complex.
