The story
Terra cotta bricks line the private drive into this Noble House resort, where winding paths connect 210 garden rooms and suites, each with a private balcony or patio. Rancho-inspired architecture, quiet courtyards and a running horse theme shape the grounds, which also hold an apiary, a butterfly sanctuary and a self-guided botanical tour. Spa Estancia has nine treatment rooms, a couple's bungalow and a meditation garden, alongside a heated saltwater pool with daybeds and cabanas. Coastal-inspired cooking and barrel-aged cocktails are spread across Greenfinch, Mustangs & Burros, The Trading Post and an ever-changing botanical speakeasy serving small bites. Dogs are welcome, with a dedicated menu from the executive chef, and weekly yoga and culinary evenings fill the events calendar for guests and locals alike.
