The story
Cadence is a residential building at the heart of King's Cross, one of London's best-connected neighbourhoods. Its design, by the award-winning Alison Brookes Architects, takes its cue from the railway arches that define the area, giving the building an elegant, modern profile. It was set to welcome its first residents in 2023. Inside, the apartments balance form and function, with plenty of natural light and interiors by Conran and Partners. A concierge team staffs the building. Beyond the front door, King's Cross is a cultural and creative hub, with a busy community close by and the rest of the city within easy reach.
