The story

Ajia fills Ahmet Rasim Paşa Yalısı, an Ottoman waterfront mansion in Kanlıca, with 15 rooms looking onto the Bosphorus. Several room types face the water or open to terraces and balconies, while breakfast is served by the strait and the restaurant extends the same close-to-the-water vantage into lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Inside, the hotel pairs modern interiors with the mansion’s older architecture rather than flattening it into period décor. Beyond overnight stays, the property hosts weddings and private events, and the hotel lists extras such as in-room massage, airport transfers, and private Bosphorus boat trips.
