10AM apotheke brings together a café, bakery, and concept shop in a spacious, minimalist room with exposed concrete, shared tables, and a mezzanine above. Downstairs, shelves hold candles, soaps, cosmetics, incense, honey, olive oil, and herbal tea; upstairs and around the main floor, coffee, pastries, toast, yogurt bowls, cheese pie, pizza, and cakes keep the place in motion. The flagship near Kerameikos folds retail and food into one calm, design-led address without blurring either one. Signature ritual products from the house line include beeswax balm, dry oil, face scrub, mists, soaps, shampoo, lotion, and candles, while the café and bakery add an all-day counterpoint of coffee and baked goods.
